BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of West Road distant
100.0 feet westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of

point on the east Bank of Wickham's Creek; running thence along

measured by the following fivetie line courses and distances:

seller herein by Thomas J. Clougher, et ux,. by Deed dated April
15, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office,on
May 20, 1954, in Liber 3681, Page 210.
SUBJECT to any state of facts that an accurate survey may
show.
THIS CONVEYANCE has been made with the unanimous consent in
writing of all the stockholders of the party of the first part.
