THIS INDENTURE made the day of November
1965, between LEVON PROPERTIES CORP. (herein sometimes
called "Grantor"), a New York corporation having its
principal office at 200 West Main Street, Babylon, New
York, and NEW YORK STATE ATOMIC AND SPACE DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY (herein sometimes called "Grantee"), a New
York public benefit corporation having its principal
office at 230 Park Avenue, New York, New York, t-

That Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
$10, lawful money of the United States, and other valu-
able consideration paid by Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby y grant and re-
lease unto Grantee and its successors and assigns forever:
PARCEL 1
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements erected or located there-
on, situate, lying and being in the Towns of Riverhead -
and Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of
the land now or formerly of Herbert M. Reeve,
which said point of beginning is the following 3
courses and distances from a monument set at the
intersection of the westerly line of the land of
E. and V. Fox with the northerly line of Sound
Avenue: (1) N. 200 24' 20" W. 1134.64 feet along
the lands of E. and V. Fox and of Grantor; (2)
N. 23° 21' 50" E. 346.84 feet along the land of
Grantor; (3) N. 20u 19' 20" W. 2376.75 feet along
the land of Grantor and along the lands now or
formerly of Herbert M. Reeve; and running thence
from said point of beginning westerly, south-
westerly, northerly, again westerly and again
northerly along the land of Grantor, the following

water mark.of Long Island Sound; thence easterly
along the high water mark of Long Island Sound ap-
proximately 1600 feet to the land now or formerly
of Herbert M. Reeve; thence S. 200 19' 20". E. ap-
proximately 800 feet to the point or place of be-
ginning, containing an area of approximately 28.028
acres. /
