(herein sometimes called "Grantor"), a New York corporation having its principal office at 200 West Main Street, Babylon, New York, and NEW YORK STATE ATOMIC AND SPACE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (herein sometimes called "Grantee"), a New York public benefit corporation having its principal office at 230 Park Avenue, New York, New York, t- WI T NE S SE T : That Grantor, in consideration of the sum of $10, lawful money of the United States, and other valu- able consideration paid by Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby y grant and re- lease unto Grantee and its successors and assigns forever: PARCEL 1 ALL that certain tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements erected or located there- on, situate, lying and being in the Towns of Riverhead - and Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of the land now or formerly of Herbert M. Reeve, which said point of beginning is the following 3 courses and distances from a monument set at the intersection of the westerly line of the land of E. and V.
