THIS INDENTURE,made the 'day of March ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six
BETWEEN WILBUR J. FIPPINGER, residing at 227 Van Houten Avenue,

as executor of the Estate of Anna K. Spilger under the last will and testament of
Anna K. Spilger ,late of
Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, N. Y. ,deceased,
party of the first part,and EDWARD C. RUTHINOSKI and GENEVIEVE RUTHINOSKI,
his wife, both residing at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second[art,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of Fifteen thousand ($15,000.00) =------------
dollars,
lawful money of the United States, tohim paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being fit-the-- at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Main
Road distant 61.97 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of
said northerly side of Main Road with the easterly side of Pacific Street;
ORUNNING THENCE North 35 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds West, along
` land now or formerly of Locastro, 202.57 feet to a concrete monument and land

\I� THENCE North 51 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East, along said last
mentioned land, 61.90 feet to an iron.pipe and land now or formerly of Mastrapaolo;

RI' 06 mentioned land, 192.56 feet to a concrete monument on the northerly side of
Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 42 degrees 20 minutes 10 seconds West, along
the northerly side of Main Road, 61.95 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
