WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being iadm at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Main Road 105 feet east
from where the easterly line of land now or formerly of Hansen
intersects the northerly side of Main Road; running thence northerly
parallel with the westerly side of Wickham Avenue a distance of
eighty (80) feet;. thence easterly parallel with the northerly side of
Main Road a distance of forty-five (45) feet; thence southerly abng
land now or formerly of Turner to a point on the northerly side of
Main Road where said line intersects Main Road; thence westerly along
the northerly side of Main Road to the point or place of beginning,
together with an easement permitting the installation and maintenance
with a right of ingress and egress of a septic system, if required
by law in connection with any construction on the property transferred
herein.
This is a correction deed intended to correct a deed from the party
of the first part to the party of the second part dated December 1,
1964 and recorded on December 23 1964 in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk in Liber 5674 at Page 535.
