easterly side of said Deep Hole Drive from the corner formed by the
intersection of the said easterly side of Deep Hole Drive with the
southerly side of Richard Street as said street is shown on Map of
Deep Hole Creek Estates, filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on January 28, 1965, as Map No. 11256, said point of beginning
being the southerly corner of land conveyed or about to be conveyed
by Frank Zaleski to Schwicker, from said point of beginning running
along said land, North 330 441 3011 East 171.47 feet to Lot 5 as shown
on "Map of Deep Hole Creek Estates", Map No. 1{256; thence along Said
Lot 5, South 430 1292011 East 71.47 feet; thence along Lot 4 as shown
on said map, South 630 201 40" East 13.53 feet; thence along land of
Frank Zaleski, South 190 471 00" West 151.42 feet to said easterly side
of Deep Hole Drive; thence northwesterly along said easterly side on a
curve to the right having a radius of 278.26 feet, a distance of 120.0
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
