running thence along land being conveyed simultaneously here-
with by the grantors herein to Herman Robohm, North 43° 34' 30"
East, 247.46 feet to land of Orlowski;
Running thence along said land of Orlowski, South 31° 251. 30"
East, 103.02 feet to other land now or formerly of George Braun;
running thence along said last mentioned land South 43° 40'
30" West, 234.08 feet to the said easterly line of Stillwater
Avenue;
running thence along the said easterly line of Stillwater
Avenue two courses as follows:
(1) North 360 40' 00" West, 98.23 feet to a monument;
(2) North 45° 14' 30" West, 1.77 feet to the point at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be part of the premises conveyed by
George Braun and Lillian Braun, his wife, to Herman Robohm and
Harriet Robohm, his wife, by deed intended to be recorded simul-
taneously herewith.
