THIS INDENTURE,made the lot day of February ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six
BETWEEN DALCHET CORPORATION, a domestic corporation with principal place
of business at Main Road, Cutchogue, New York,
party of the first part,and CHESTER ORLOWSKI, residing at Pequash Avenue,

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first Part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable e
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
I ' second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New
York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of Harbor Lane, 1642.15
feet southerly along said westerly line from the Main Road, said point of
beginning being the northeasterly corner of land of Balser; from said point
of beginning running along said land.of Salter, South 640 44' 30" West, 140.0
feet to an iron pipe; thence along land of the party of the first part, the
following two courses and distances:
(1) North 250 15' 30" West, 110.0 feet; thence
(2) North 640 44' 30" East, 140.0 feet to said westerly line of
Harbor Lane; thence along said westerly line, South 250 15' 30" East,
110.0 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements and agreements of record,
and to any state of facts that an accurate survey may show.
THIS deed is made in the normal course of business of DALCHET CORPORATION.
THIS is a correction deed recorded to more completely describe the premises
herein conveyed.
