Decisions on certain properties
Cia Cia Property: The Town and the Health Department have
declared this property to be unsaie and hazardous. We have
received the permission of the owner to clear the entire site of
all buildings and structures. I request that you look at it with
regard to wetlands and possible restrictions.
Grand Avenue and Mill Lane Bridge abutments: These old bridge
structures present an unsafe condition and will soon fall into
the creeks they now border. Is there any objection to the Town
removing these old structures?
