lying and being in-the at Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as lots 5 and a portion of lots nos. 4 and 3
on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of Mattituck Heights", and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 24, 1935 as Map#1184, (being also shown
on the "Map of Mattituck Heights," filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
March 25, 1927 as Map#192), and which said lot and part of lots when taken
together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Wickham Avenue as the
same now exists after widening distant the following two courses and distances
from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Marys' Road
and the southerly side of Wickham Avenue, as the same existed prior to widening:
1. South 770 Oil 20" west along the southerly side of Wickham Avenue as the same
existed prior to widening, a distance of 205.29 feet to a point and;
2. South 33b 02' 00" east a distance of 4.50 feet to a point in the southerly side
of Wickham Avenue as the same now exists after widening;
running thence from said point of beginning, south 330 02' 00" east 208.39 feet
to a point.and the northerly side of lot 45 on the above mentioned map;
running thence along the northerly side of lot 45 on the above mentioned map,
south X770 Oil 20" west 36.375 feet to a point and the division line between lots
nos.-5 and 6 on the above mentioned.map;

running thence along said division line, north 520 459 10" west 201.16
feet to a point and the southerly side of Wickham Avenue as the same now
exists after widening;
running thence along the southerly side of Wickham Avenue as the same
now exists after widening and along a tie line bearing north 530 17' 30" east,
a distance of 102.25 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
