The amount to be replace~ will be the same amount as that lost during the storm, thus restoring the property to it~ original condition and configuration as before the damage and erosion caused by the storm of December 11 and 19~. The work will De performed Oy Ray Nine Sand and Gravel. I have also filed, this date~ with the NYS Dept. of Environmental-Conservation, for approval to have this storm damage and erosion repaireO and reolaced.
