you need to apply to this office for a Wetland Permit for any
structures within 75' of the water.

Various requests for information.
Re: Jockey Creek, boats that blow into the channel on an East wind, please
be advised that I have spoken to Don Dzenkowski .today, and he advised that
on an East wind the boats would not blow into the channel there.
Advised Don to check with Jeff Goubeaud.
Re: "Rumor about boat in Deep Hole Creek", I spoke to Don Dzenkowski who
advised that there is no truth to this rumor. There was a boat that had
gone down due to kids overloading and from not being "sea wise" as to how
to handle the boat. There was no report of damage. There was a report
because the boat had to be towed in. I advised Don to speak to you
directly.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE FRANK REILLY APPLICATION:
Please be advised that the Town Attorney verbally advised me on 7/15/86 that
the Trustees could approve the application with the stipulation that the
applicant has a deeded right to use the R.O.W. Mr. Tasker advised that it
is not up to the Trustees to decide if the information is incorrect. The only
way this could be done is to have a title search (done by the applicant) and
it is not the policy of the Board.
Regarding Joseph Chisholm as requested by Ray Nine, Kent McCarthy will have
to contact Ray as to more specific information. Mr. Chisholm rents this
property, and when Kent went there there was no bulkhead on the property, as
this particular piece of property was not on the water. Kent will get back
to Ray.
