as joint tenants with right of survivorship,

JOSEPH D. MAZZONI and AGNES J. MAZZONI, his wife, of
509 Waverly Avenue, Medford, Town of Brookhaven,
County of Suffolk and State of New York,
patty of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being iodse at Matt stuck Inlet, Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 34 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Captain Kidd Estates", and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 19, 1949, as Map
No. 1672:
KSaid premises are sold and are tribe conveyed subject to:
1. Rights of the United States to erect or relocate its
bulkhead lines in Long Island Sound.
2. Covenants, easements and restrictions of record, including
restriction in Deed to seller prohibiting the erection of any
,.. building upon said premises unless the same contains at least
800 Square feet, excluding porches.
3. Riparian rights of others than seller in and to Long Island
Sound adjoining said premises.
C,�', Being and intended to be the same property conveyed to Grantors by
Deed from Dawn Estates, Inc., dated January 12, 1961, which Deed
was recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
on January 18, 1961, in Liber 4936 of Deeds at page 386.

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appionmences
