westerly line of New Suffolk Lane, 90 feet; thence along land of
Ralph Case westerly at a right angle to said line of said Lane,
150 feet; thence northerly along land formerly of George II. Case
and parallel to said line of said Lane, 90 feet; thence easterly
along land of Richard Horton 150 feet to the point of beginning.
