bounded and described as follows;
PARCEL I
BEGINNING at a pipe on the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of West Road and the westerly side of [Jest Creek Avenue;
running thence from said paint of beginning South 650 22' 40" West along the
northerly side of West Run Road 100 feet; running thence North 270 45' 20"
West part of the distance through a dredged canal 100.15 feet; running thence
North 650 22' 40" Ease part of the distance through a dredged canal 100 feet t0
the westerly side of [Jest Creek Avenue.; running thence South 270 t,5' 20" East
along the said westerly side of West Greek Avenue 100.15 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the seller
in and to the canal and lands lying under the waters .hereof adjacent to the
above described premises.
TOGETHER with the easement to the use of the said canal for passage to and
from Peconic Bay and for tying up of boats along side of said premises provided
for in a certain deed made by Charles Specessig and wife t0 Clinton Young, dated

feet westerly from the corner fornord by the intersection of the northerly side

thence along the ordinary high water mark of the bank of Wickham's Creek as

therein as acquired by Charles H. Sproessig under "grant of land under water,
the Town of Southold" by indenture dated August 1, 1931, between the Town of
Southold and Charles H. Sproessig referring to land under the waters,of
Wickham'. Creek.

the first part by ELHAR REALTY CORPORATION by Deed dated December 18, 1965
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 22, 1965 in
Liber 5882, Page 325.
