from said point of beginning running along said land of Salter,

the first part, two courses: (1) N. 28° 371 40" W. - 100.37 feet;
thence (2) N. 560 281 20" E. - 218.09 feet to said westerly line of
Alvah's Lane; thence along said westerly line, S. 330 31' 40" E.
