Beginning at a monument on the southerly line of Middle Road at
the'southweaterly corner of land now or formerly of Allen Beach,
said point of beginning being 730 feet westerly along said souther-
ly line from Lipco Road and from said point of beginning running
thence along said land of Beach and passing through an iron pipe
S. 19° 08' 20" East 229.70 feet to a monument; thence along
lands now or formerly of Edith M. Young parallel with said
southerly line of Middle Road S. 87° 30' 10" West 74.43 feet to
a monument on the easterly line of an 16 foot right-of-way;
thence along said easterly line and passing through a monument
N. 19° 08' 20" West 229.70 feet to a monument on said southerly
line of Middle Road; thence along said southerly line of Middle
Road N. 870 30' 10--.East 74.43 feet to a point of beginning,
containing 0.376 acre.
Being and intended to be the same premises described in deed
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber-4415
cp 407. Ruth McHugh, the wife of George P. McHugh and one of the
grantees in said deed, died a resident of Queens County on Octo-
ber 15, 1962. The grantor, herein is the husband of Ruth McHugh
and conveys as the surviging tenant by the entirety.
