Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by Mattituck Estntes,Inc., by deed dated
March 16, 1966 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerks office on
Anril 19, 1966 in Liber 5942 of Deeds, at Page 549.
