completed April 21, 1930 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer
and Land Surveyor, filed in the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk
.- County, New York, April 28, 1930, file number 763, and which
map superseded Subdivision made May 9, 1923 and filed in said
County Clerk's Office in File No. 640 and being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly line of Old Cove Road distant )
90 feet northeasterly from the corner formed by the intersection of said
northwesterly line of Old Cove Road and the northerly line of Northwest -
Loop; said point of beginning being also the point where the dividing
line between Lots 4 and 5, as shown on said map, intersects said north- 1
wester;y line of Old Cove Road; running thence northwesterly along the
dividing line between said Lots 4 and 5, 225 feet more or less to a
point in the southeasterly line of Lot 3, as shown on said map; thence ;
northeasterly along the northwesterly line of Lot 5, being the dividing

line between Lots 3 and 5, 100 feet to the southwesterly lire of Lot 6,
as shown on said map; thence southeasterly along the dividing line
between said Lots 5 and 6 a distance of 243 feet more or less to the
northwesterly line of Old Cove Road; thence southwesterly along the
northwesterly line of Old Cove Road 82.2 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all rights and privileges, if any, of the party of the
first part to use the 10 foot roadway extendingwasterly frBm Northwest
Loop to the bay, as shown on said map, as a right of way to the beach.
