part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the seeond part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of New Suffolk, Town of Southold. County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
On the North by the land of Harry H. Tuthill; East by the
lands of U. Goodale and Harry H. Tuthill; South by Orchard Street; West
by land of Harry H. Tuthill.
BEING and intended to be a conveyance of all our right,
title and interest in and to the homestead property formerly of Owen Magee,
