Each party hereto recognizes that a shed encroaches over the
southerly line of the parcel herein immediately above described
to the extent of a foot more or less. The grantor herein hereby
grants permission to the grantees herein to use the entire en-
croaching shed as long as it shall stand and the grantees herein
hereby promise in consideration therefor never to make any claim
whatsoever to that part of the real property being retained by
the grantor herein upon which the said encroachment exists.

The grantees herein, Henry Mohraunan William Lappe Jr, and
Charlotte Lappe, his wife, herebelow affix their signatures to
this instrument evidencing their agreement to assume and
existing mortgage on the premises descriy the
bed herein which was made
to the Southold Savings Hank by Adam Doroski,. also known as Adam
V. Doroski, the grantor herein, dated February 20, 1962 and re-
corded March 1, 1962 in the Suffolk CLunty Clerk's Office in
Liber 3809 cop 538, on which the present remaining principal bal-
ance is $10,050.00, with interest paid to June 1, 1965.
