215 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Goose

Toedter, Inc. S. 29 1214011 E. 225 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of
the First part in said Goose Creek abutting the premises.
ALSO with a right of way over said existing road or right of
way from the southwesterly corner of the premises northeasterly
to said North Bayview Road.
This conveyance is made subject to easements, covenants and
