Van Tuyl, C.E. and Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y., and filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y., August 16th, 1922, file No. 156. SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions set forth in deed of Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., to Blanche E. Fitzsimmons, dated January 29, 1924 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, January 17th, 1925 in Liber 1121 of Deeds, page 414. BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Blanche E. Fitzsimmons by deed dated September 24, 1938, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 26, 1938 in Liber 2006 of Deeds, page 421, granted and conveyed unto Edith McClintock.
