and running thence westerly, along said land now or formerly of the Freeman
Estate, a distance of 191,11 feet to land now or formerly of the William
Tuthill Estate and a monument set in the ground; thence northerly, along the
land belonging to the Tuthill Estate, a distance of 100,48 feet to land of Elizabeth
J. Biggs and a stake set in the ground; thence in a northeasterly direction,
along the land of Biggs, a distance of 196.24 feet to the westerly side of
Factory Avenue; thence southerly, along the westerly side of Factory Avenue,
a distance of 129,02 feet to said land of the Freeman Estate, the point or
place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by the party of the second
part to the party of the first part by deed dated January 18, 1966, recorded
January 19, 1966, in the Suffolk county clerk's office,
