at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land now or
late of Charles Aldrich, Easterly by land now of Frank Zbyd; Southerly
by land of Chester Ciaglo and land of Edward Z. Scholtz; said South
line to terminate at the Northwest corner of land of Edward Z. Scholtz;
Easterly again by the land last mentioned, said East line to terminate
at a concrete monument located in the Plortheast corner of land oonveyed
by Irving J. Scholtz to Sophie Saunders; Southerly again by land of j
Sophie Saunders a distance of one hundred thirty nine and ninety eight
one hundredths (139.98) feet; Easterly again by land last mentioned a
distance of one hundred eighty one and forty one hundredths (181.40)
feet; Southerly again by the Main Highway; Westerly by land of Edward
J. Scholtz, a distance of one hundred eighty six and sixty two one
hundredths (186.62) feet; Southerly again by land last mentioned a
distance of one hundred fourteen and ninety hundredths (111F.90) feet;
and Westerly again by land of Joseph Cain. Containing by estimation

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
Grantors herein by Irving J. Scholtz by deed dated May 26, 1950, and
recorded in the Suffolk Countv Clerkfs office on August 2, 1950 in
liber 3108 of Deeds at page 103.

Joseph Cain; Easterly by land of Edward J. Scholtz; Southerly by the
Main Road leading from Riverhead to Greenport, and hlesterly by land
of Joseph CainContaining one (1) acre, be the same more or less. !
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the Grantors herein by Mary Emma Scholtz by deed dated the 5th day of
January, 1950, and recorded in the Suffolk County clerk's office on
the 2nd day of August, 1950 in liber 3108 of Deeds at page 106.
PARCEL III: ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying
and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point
on the Westerly side of Factory Avenue, distant five hundred ten and
thirty-eight hundredths (510.36) feet Northerly from the North side
of the Main Road running from Riverhead to Greenport and from said
point of beginning, running thence South 17 degrees, 53 minutes,
20 seconds East along the Westerly side of Factory Avenue, a,distance ',
of sixty (60) feet, thence running in a Westerly direction along land
now or formerly of LeRoy S. Reeve, a distance of one hundred eighty-
five (185) feet more or less to a ditch, thence running Northerly
19 degrees, 58 minutes, 20 degrees, 6 minutes, 40 seconds East along
land nor or formerly of Henry P. Tuthill, a distance of one hundred
eighty-seven (187) feet more or less to the point or place of
beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the Grantors by Edward Z. Scholtz by deed bearing date of
October 26, 1948, and recorded in Suffolk County clerk's office on
August 2, 1950 in liber 3108 of Deeds at page 108.
