sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, Suffolk County,
New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of
Harbor Lane 1757.15 feet southerly along said line from the
southerly line of Main Road; running thence along the westerly
line of Harbor Lane South 25015130" East 100 feet to an iron
pipe at an angle in said westerly line; thence along other land
of the party of the first part, three courses as follows:
(1) South 68°49'40" West 140.36 feet to an iron pipe;
thence
(2) North 25015'30" West 90 feet to an. iron pipe; thence
s (3) North 64044130" East 140 feet to the point of Beginning.
