TOGETHER with the right-of-way in common with others over the
present road way from said premises to ;New Suffolk Road for access
between said premises and New Suffolk Road. However, reserving the
right of Margaret L. Breaker and James Parker Wickham, Jr. their-hairs,
and assigns the right to relocate said road or to incorporate it or any
art thereof into a public road.
