County, N.Y." surveyed March 24, 1926 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C. E. &
Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed or to be filed in the office of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by
deed from Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. to James A. Hand,
dated May 20th, 1926 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on July 28, 1926 in Liber 1216 at page 406 and Subject to Covenants
and Restrictions of record as contained in said deed.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by
deed from James A. Hand to James A. Hand, Agnes E. Hand and Dorothy A.
Hand and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3277 at
page 476.
