�} of Southold, L.I„ N.Y.,' surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. .Van Tuyl,
C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y.," and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map No, 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part, of, in and to the land under water in Broad-
waters, abbutting said promises-
SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extend-
ing fifteen feet in width along high water mark, which shall form
part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons holding
- lands on said Nassau Point.
