Dear Mr. Haje:
Pursuant to you letter of February 4, 1986 regarding
the above referenced matter, please be advised that as
proposed, the con~struction for Mr. Cavelli is not within
the Trustees jurisdiction.
Please be advised that if the project is amended to
a distance closer than 75', you will have to ask for
another review for a determination.
