the said two courses and descriptions along the westerly line of

other land of A.V. Doreski, 150 feet; thence North 6 degrees 14
minutes 20 seconds West along still other land of A.V.Doreski 100
feet; thence South 75 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds East along still

to the point or place of beginning.
