onds East 78.95 feet to land now or formerly of Wolf; running
thence along said land South 38 degrees 24 minutes 20 seconds East
90.12 feet to the Northwesterly aide of Main Road; running thence
along the Northwesterly side of Main Road South 38 degrees 19 minutes
40 seconds West 90.50 feet to the corner aforesaid at the point or
place of Beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Arthur Mehl by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerks Office
in liber 2349 of deeds, at page 408.
