minutes 20 seconds West 130.5 feet by and along the Westerly line of
Marratooka Road to a point, thence North 88 degrees 37 minutes 40
seconds West 200 feet to a point in the Easterly line of Sunset
Avenue, thence North 1 degree 22 minutes 20 seconds East 130.5 feet
by and a ong Sunset Avenue to a point, thence South 88 degrees 37
minutes 40 seconds East 200 feet by and—a-To—ng property of Frederick
'Moore to a point in the Westerly line of Marratooka Road, the point
and place of Beginning.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part, if any, of, in and to Marratooka Road lying in
.front of and adjoining the above described premises on the East and
.Sunset Avenue lying in front of and adjoining said premises on the
west to the center line thereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Cedric
H. Wickham and Claretta S. Wickham, his wife, to Robert Noble Thomas
and Anna M. Thomas, his wife, by deed dated May 10th, 1950, recorded
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3092 of
Deeds, page 249, on June 23, 1950.
