and designatedINS part' of Lots '35 and 36 as shown on a certain map
entitled, "Map'of Garden`Heightsy" filed in theSuffolk Countv Clerk's
Office on June 24_1929 as Map Number 577 and being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the Northwesterly line
of Hamilton Avenue with the Westerly line of Mary's Road; from said
point of beginning running along said Northwesterly line of Hamilton
Avenue South 460 22' West a distance of 126.45 feet to a monument-
thence along the Northerly line of said Hamilton Avenue, South 70
34' 40" West a distance of 19.08 feet to an iron pipe and land now
or formerly of Swiatocha; thence along said land now or formerly of
