described as follows:
O ' BEGINNING at a monument in the southeasterly side of West Cove
oad (formerly Northwest Loop) where same is intersected by the
ivision line between lots 13 and 14 on said map which point of
eginning is distant 135.13 feet from a monument in the southwesterly
ine of Haywaters Road as measured along a course bearing South 61-
