ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Clark Road, 655.73 feet northerly along
said westerly line from its intersection with the northerly line of the North Road, being the
Northeasterly corner of land of Walter and Josephine Sosnowski and the Southeasterly corner of
the premises herein described; and running along said land of Walter and Josephine Sosnowski on
a line at right angles to said westerly line of Clark Road, South 69 degrees 03 minutes 50 seconds
West, 177.32 feet to an iron pipe and land of Kamps, formerly Davis; thence along said land of
Kamps North 21 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds West, 100.0 feet to a stake and land of Emma
Sebor, thence along said land of Emma Sebor on a line parallel with the southerly boundary
hereinabove described, North 69 degrees 03 minutes 50 seconds East, 178.59 feet to a stake set on
said westerly line of Clark Road; thence along said westerly line of Clark Road, South 20 degrees
56 minutes 10 seconds East, 100.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
'TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, in and to the
Highway in front of and adjacent to said premises, to the Centerline thereof.
TOGETHER with ingress and egress over land of the party of the first part to the waters of Long
Island Sound, said land being described, as follows:
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING AT a
point on the Northerly side of Sound View Avenue, adjoining land formerly of Arthur Taylor, and
running thence in a Northerly direction and along the land formerly of Arthur Taylor, to high
water mark of Long Island Sound, thence deflecting to the right and along the line of high water
mark, thirty (30) feet to land now or formerly of Henry G. Wenzel, thence South by land now or
formerly of Henry G. Wenzel, to Northerly side of Sound View Avenue distant ten (10) feet from
the Easterly line of land formerly of Arthur Taylor, thence in a Southwesterly direction and along
the line of the Northerly side of Sound View Avenue, Ten (10) feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed in deed dated July 8, 1967 and
recorded July 24, 1967 in Liber 6190 page 69 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
