Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:

Road distant 652.16 feet easterly from the easterly side of Bay

thence along the northerly aide o£ Pine Tree Road, South

THIS CONVEYANCE is made subject to the following covenants
