Approximately L~0 C.y. of clean backfill to be trucked in in from upland source. The Council recommends disapproval as submitted because there is plenty of room behind the exiatin9 seaward bulkhead [not retaining wall); the proposed plan would be 2' in front of adjacent western bulkhead which would create an angle, which can create erosion problems.
