DISAPPROVAL of the Wetland Application of ROBERT TAYLOR
126-6-9.1 to construct 58' of timber retaining wall no more that 2'

property line. Approximately L~0 C.y. of clean backfill to be trucked
in in from upland source.
The Council recommends disapproval as submitted because there is
plenty of room behind the exiatin9 seaward bulkhead [not retaining
wall); the proposed plan would be 2' in front of adjacent western
bulkhead which would create an angle, which can create erosion
problems. The Council also questions the MHW. [t does not appear to
be correct on the submitted plans.
