The pro3ect has been determined not To have a significant effect on the environment for the following reasons: An environmental assessmen~ has been submitted which indicated that no significant adverse effect to the environmen~ are likely to occur should the project be implemented as planned. Because there has been a response from the Board Town Trustees and Southold Town Conservation Advisory that this projec~ would not have a significant effecz of Southold Council indicating to the environment. .. Because there has been no response in the allotted time from the New York State Department of Environmental ConserVation and the Southold Town Building Department, it is assumed that there are no objections nor comments from those agencies.
