If you will notice from the photographs submitted with that application, a beach house is present which is lying on its side against the bluff. The timber foundation on which it stood remains present and functional. We request per-~ission to simply pick up the beach house, replace it and secure it to the existing foundation. No new construction will occur. The beach house is not and will not be connected to any utilities. Due to the minor scope of this request, I am unsure whether a permit is actually needed, but wish to file this inquiry to assure compliance. By copy of this letter I am requesting the Southold Trustees to take similar action. Very truly yours, RLH:jhg Enclosures cc: Southold Trusteesj George Case James H. Rambo, Inc. Roy L.
