on the West 55 feet, more or less, by Estate of William Tuthill.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Elberta
Hudson Reeve to the party of the first part herein by deed dated
November 25, 1936 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkls Office on
August 16, 1937 in Liber 1939 of deeds at page 331; the party of
the first part herein being the same persons as the grantees in
deed Liber 1939 page 331.
