by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, and State of New York, known as Lot #5 and the Easterly
part of.Lot #6 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Salt Lake
iVillage, Mattituck, L.I." prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl, C.E.
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office May 10; 1940 as
Map #1310, said lot and part of lot, taken together, being
bounded and described as follows:
BEGLNNING at a point on the Northerly side of Old Salt Road
which is distant 50.0 feet Westerly, as measured along the Northerly
side of Old Salt Road,. from the point where same is intersected by -
the division line between lots 5 and 6 aforesaid; and
RUNNING THENCE North 10 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West
113.50 feet to the Southerly shore of the Yacht Basin as shown '
on said map;
THENCE in a general Easterly and Southeasterly direction
N along said shore line and along the Southwesterly shore of James
Cir Creek as shown on said map the following courses and distances:
