REIFF and FLORENCE M. REIFF of 17 Hanover Place, Hicksville, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part In con sideration of the sum of ONE ($1.00)- - - - - - - - _ _ _ _ DOLLARS to said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof dot hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the said party of the second part, his successors and assigns forever,. ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffol and State of New York, generally bounded and described as follows; BEGIN"?ING at a point on the boundaryline between land of the party of the second part and land of John Burns where said boundary line was intersected by ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as found in 1950; said point of beginning being about 200 feet southeasterly along said boundary line from Westview Drive; from said point of beginning running along said land of Burns on the direct extension of said boundary line, S. 240 GOT E. 130 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek; thence southwesterly along said high water mark 85 feet, more or lase; thence on the direct extension southeasterly of the boundary line between said land of the party of the first part and lend Of Mason Estate, N. 200 361 300 W. 130 feet, more or less, to said ordinary high water mark as found In 1950; thence northeasterly along said ha'gh water mark 80 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
