BEING the same premises conveyed to Margureta B. Crisfield by
Dorothy M. Miller and Beatrice M. Hastings by deed dated March 12th,
1963 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
April 3, 1963 in Libor 5328 ep. 183
