. . THIS INDENTURE,made the 26th day of December ,nineteen hundred and sixty-four,

BETTY L. SCHENCK, residing at 63 E. Ninth Street, New York City, New York,
party of the first part,and
OTIS 0. PINE, residing at 132 Ostrander Avenue, Riverhead, Long Island,
New York,
party of the second part,
WTINESSEFH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

easterly line of the lands of the parties hereto meets the westerly line of
lands of Barrie Vreeland and Joella Vreeland, his wife;
From said point or place of beginning running in a Southerly direction along
the westerly line of said lands of Vreeland South 220 201 40" East 122.0 feet
to an angle in said line;
Continuing thence first southerly, then westerly, and then southerly again
and all along the westerly line of lends of Vreeland the following four courses
Bud distances:
(1) South 460 44' 10" East 178.07 feet to a concrete monument;
(2) South 22 201 40" East 153.72 feet through a concrete monument and to
another concrete monument;
(3) South 560 231 30" West 75.00 feet to a concrete monument;
(4) South 22 201 40" East 115.00 feet to a concrete monument and the
northerly line of a certain proposed road;
Dancing thence in an easterly direction along the northerly line of said
proposed road and along the southerly.line of said lands of Vreeland and of
Frank Wills the following four courses and distances:
(1) North 900 001 East 100.00 feet to a concrete monument;
(2) North 610 391 40" East 70.81 feet to an angle in said road;
(3) North 130 421 10" West 55.0 feet to a point;
(4) Then on a curve to the right having a radius of 50 feet 78.54 feet to
a concrete monument Bud the westerly end of Central.Drive;
Bouncing thence in a southerly direction along the westerly end of Central
Drive Bud along the westerly line of the landsof the subdivision known as
Captain Kidd Estates South 130 421 10" East 143.62 feet to a point,
Running thence in a westerly direction along the southerly line of said
Proposed road and along the northerly line of lands of Frank Wills and Barrie
Vreeland, Be tenafs in common, the following two coarses and distances,
(1) South 61 39' 40" West 122.05 feet to an angle in said proposed road;

40" Fast 572.10 feet to a concrete monument and the northerly line of a certain
50 ft. right-of-way owned by the parties hereto, Moisa, Sledsieski and others;
Running thence in a westerly direction along the northerly line of said
50 ft. right-of-way the following two courses and distancest
(1) South 710 39' 20" West 91.49 feet to a concrete monumunt;
(2) South 71 39' 20"'West 510.00 feet to the westerly line of the lands
of the parties hereto and the easterly line of lands formerly of Harry Cox;
Running thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line of said
landsformerly of Cox North 220 52' 40" West 1,050 feet, more or less, to the
high water mark Of long Island Sound;
Running thence in an easterly direction along the high water mark of
long Island Sound, as the same winds and turns, 600 feet, more or less, to
the westerly line of lands of Barrie Vreeland and Joella Vreeland, his wife,
and the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part to the lands lyingbeyond the high water mark of Long Island Sound and
'under the said long Island Sound.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to the said 50 ft. right-of-way adjoining the above described
premises on the southerly side thereof.
