Baylis, C.E„ Huntington, L.1."t which map was filed in the office of the Clark of Suffolk County, New York, on or about January 3, 1914 as Map No. 41, Said Plot "R" being bounded northerly by Plot "L" for a distance of 566.04 feet; easterly by Mattituck Bay for a distance approximately 100 feet; southerly by Plot 'IJ" for a distance of 533.07 feet; west- erly by North Drive for a distance of 90 feet. Also a right of way and passage over Bay View Avenue and North Drive as shown on said map. Subject to covenants, easements, agreements and restrictions of - — record, if any, affecting the premises. Subject to Zoning Ordinances of the Town of Southold. Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to Mattituck Bay and the shores thereof in front of said Plot "K", Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by Edna Coates by Deed dated October 6, 1959, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office October 14, 1959, in Liber 4708 of beads at Page 411. TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to mid premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
