WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or.
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 8 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Sleepy Hollows',
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 4,
1976, as Map No. 6351, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Sleepy Hollow Lane, distant
494.46 feet southeasterly from the easterly end of the curve connecting the
easterly side of Grissom Lane with the southeasterly side of Sleepy Hollow
Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the southeasterly side of Sleepy Hollow Lane the following
two (2) courses and distances:
1) Southeasterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right, having a radius
of 569.85 feet, a distance of 210,82 feet;
V 2) South 26 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds East, 156.04 feet;
THENCE North 71 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West, 345.95 feet;
THENCE North 33 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds East, 239.61 feet to the southeasterly
side of Sleepy Hollow Lane, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the
