H. Howard and Alice J. Howard, his wife to John Budzelek and Josie
Budzelek, his wife, by deed dated December 31, 1923 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 1092, page 112 on
January 7, 1924, the said John Budzelek having died on January
� 22, 1957 a resident of Suffolk County, New York.
