York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the
Goland, part, running thence along land conveyed or about to be conveyed
by the party of the first part to Harold R. Reeve & Sons, Inc., two
courses and distances as follows:
1) South 600 371 10" West 25.0 feet; thence
2) North 290 221 50" Went 147.38 feet to land of Snyder; thence
along said land of Snyder, North 630 531 10" East 25.04 feet to said
land of the party of the second part; thence along said land, South
290 221 50" East 145.95 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
IT IS AGREED between the parties that this being an inside parcel,
the party of the second part will obtain access to a public road
through other adjacent land of the party of the second part.
