PARCEL 2 B ALL those certain parcels, pieces or tracts of land lying, being and situate at or near Mattituck Inlet, North of the Village of Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more fully bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner thereof on the southerly side of a certain 30 foot right of way and being the easterly line of lands heretofore conveyed by Stanley I. Naugles to John Troyan, running thence in an easterly direction along the southerly side of said 30 foot right of way, North 640 49' East a distance of 70 feet to a point in the easterly line of lands of said Stanley I. Naugles, running thence in a southerly direction South 210 33' East a distance of 208 feet, more or less, to the northerly line of Naugles Drive, a Public Highway, running thence in a general westerly direction along the northerly line of Naugles Drive to the easterly line of the lands of said John Troyan, running thence in a general northerly drection along the lands of said John Troyan to the southerly side of the said 30 foot right of way and the point or place of BEGINNING.
