known as Bay Road, and from Said point of beginning sunning thence
along the northerly line of West Road, South 64 degrees 47 minutes
10 seconds West 168.2 feet to land now or formerly of Williams;
thence along said last mentioned land, North 32 degrees. 00 minutes
40 Seconds West 10U feet; thence North 64 degrees 48 minutes 30
I seconds East 167.69 feet to the westerly Side of Fleets Neck Road;

grees 18 minutes 00 see code East 10U feet to the corner aforesaid
at the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the
grantor herein by deed from JAMBS A. HAND and AGNES HAND his wife,
dated 12/15/1933 and recorded 3/13/1934 in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 1765- of deeds at page 181.
